Get a pulse check on whether you’re living your best 2021 business strategy life

It’s almost Q2. Which means you’ve probably abandoned most if not all of your new year’s resolutions.

I personally don’t care if you’re back on the wine train or if you haven’t lifted a dumbbell since January first.

What I will not stand for is you dropping the ball on making this the best year yet for your business.

Because your business deserves better. And because I like when people make money because maybe they’ll send me some.

So consider this your 2021 check-in, and consider me your accountability coach. Let’s get started!

  1. Give automation a big warm embrace. According to top-ranked Amazon seller Ralph Boddicker, there are exciting developments in AI that could make things like pricing and inventory management easier for you. It’s still early and there aren’t a lot of options available, but by being an early-adopter you’ll have insights no one else can access yet.
  2. Go global or go home. The EU market has grown to be just as big as the US but with less competition. Also, markets like Japan and Australia are tiny babies ready to grow, and the time might be right to jump in.
  3. Marketing works. So start marketing! Think about Instagram and all the options it has for you (e.g. Story Ads, Video Ads, Carousel Ads, etc.). Facebook can help you get granular, but Instagram is coming in hot as the top social media platform. Also, don’t forget micro-influencers.

You’re probably not even still reading this because you’ve already sprung into action. But if you are, no need to thank me. Because gym buddies come and go, but FBA Geeks are forever.
