Build your business infrastructure without sacrificing profit with these helpful FREE ecommerce business tools.

Each and every day I take a minute to thank the universe for gifting the planet Earth with cheese, wine, and free ecommerce tools to help FBA sellers with operations and organization. And once you’re done reading this, you too will be thankful.

Jungle Scout opened my eyes to a whole bunch of free s***, and I’m here to break it down for you and then some.

  1. Every brand needs a space to express itself. Just like on MySpace where you could create a seizure-inducing background and blast a deafening song to say “this is me.”
  2. Shipping can be a pain in the butt. Consider using…
  3. Usually I’m all like “account me out” with math, but not with these tools.
    • Intuit has a free tax calculator for checking your local sales tax.
    • For more general accounting, try a free account with Wave.
  4. I’m no artist, but I could be for free with the right graphic design resources!
    • You can make all kinds of marketing materials with Canva, including perfectly proportioned social media posts.
    • Finally I can retire from my Microsoft Draw days and upgrade my logos or infographics with Inkscape.
  5. Let’s be honest. Organizing sucks – and by that I mean it’s friggin’ hard.
    • Google Calendar is a free godsend.
    • Asana doubles down on “teamwork makes the dream work” (as long as your team is under 15 people).
  6. No one can predict the future, but you CAN estimate it.
    • Jungle Scout’s Amazon Sales Estimator tool lets you peep monthly sales numbers across different product categories and find your next product idea!
    • Estimate expenses and earnings for products sold on eBay, PayPal, Amazon, and Etsy with Salecalc.

To be clear, there are lots of great not free tools out there and many are probably worth investing in. But some of us prefer to crawl before we run, and turns out crawling can be free!

After crushing 7 years in the corporate marketing world, she turned a side hustle of improvising, acting, and writing into a full time job. When she's not doing any of those funny things, you can find her meticulously building a charcuterie board, worshipping her air fryer, or cleaning up a spill...open containers are hard.
